Restaurant Group seeks to appoint a Restaurant General Manager to join the team of one of its high-end restaurants situated along the Atlantic Seaboard.
Must have:
At least two years of general management experience in a high volume restaurant operation
Sound financial acumen and understanding of food and beverage operations
Strong leadership skills and ability to lead from the front
Excellent understanding of hospitality
Willing to work shifts
Very well presented with excellent communication skills in English
Must have own, reliable transport
