Reporting to the Senior Manager: Marketing, the Reservations Supervisor is to manage and
monitor booking reservations within ECPTA. Furthermore, to monitor switchboard operations and ensure effective communication between ECPTA and its stakeholders.
Requirements:
Three-year tertiary qualification in Marketing/Tourism, with minimum 3 (three) to 5 (five) years of relevant experience
Training in a customer relations role.
At least 2 (two) years’ experience at a supervisory level.
Valid driver’s license.
Key Performance Areas:
Reservations (CRS) (Internal & External): Effectively manage the booking system and
ensure all customer bookings, queries and adminitratstion is implemented efficiently.
Monitor telephonic and online bookings as well as the confirmation of booking and
allocation of provisional booking numbers.
Marketing and product sales: Provide general, accurate and up-to-date information
regarding ECPTA’s tourism products in order to close sales.
Administration and reporting: Prepare and submit occupancy reports and other relevant
reports on a quarterly basis. General administration duties which include, banking, filing,
revenue reports etc.
Customer Service: Handle all customer related matters professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information to clients about reserves, products and activities.
Supervision: Manage subordinates by assigning work/duties and assessing progress and
