Our client is looking for a Reefer Sales Executive. You will need to achieve reefer sales targets for the lines represented by the agency. If you feel you have the skills and knowledge for the position, please apply!
Duties:
Meet and secure reefer customers nationally on a regular basis
Keep abreast of the developments in the reefer market, seasons, commodity movement
Update principals and management on all developments in the reefer market
Assist and guide commercial and operational colleagues and customers with regards to:
Cold Treatment
Reefer commodities and its specifications
Set process and protocols relating to using the correct reefer equipment and requirement for specific commodities
Interpretation of reefer data be it reefer data logs, customer recorders etc as required
Achieve reefer sales targets for the lines represented by the agency
Advise on the use of reefer technologies not part of the standard offering of the lines represented by the agency
Requirements:
Minimum Matric and above
Suitable tertiary level education (not essential, but preferred)
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in handling reefer business, reefer products in a shipping agency or reefer exporter set up
Experienced in the working of MS Office Suite
