NPA: Interpol has not issued red notices for Guptas

Interpol has not yet issued red notices against four members of the Gupta family as reported by the NPA on Monday.

The prosecuting authority says the notices are still under consideration by the Commission for the Control of Interpol’s Files.

The CCF is an independent legal body that ensures that all data processed conforms to the Interpol constitution.

Atul and Rajesh Gupta and their wives are wanted in connection with the R25-million fraud and money laundering case linked to the Nulane Investment.
