Identify and secure job opportunities within our organization. Attract candidates and successfully place them in the required openings, with following due guidelines and required processes of the business.
Place suitable candidates to meet client and business requirements to achieve revenue in line with corporate goals
Develop and manage departmental head and client relationships, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain expected high standards in delivery
Key competencies
The results of the following analyses shall be used to evaluate:
Correct fit of applicants to be supplied by relevant profile signed off and submitted to the recruitment department by the operations team/operations member approved to do such
Source suitable candidates to fill agreed vacancies in line with company policies and requirements
Meeting required time to be completing telephonic interviews daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Ensure planning has been implemented effectively
The effectiveness of actions taken to address risks and opportunities
The performance of external providers in filling open vacancies
Receiving acceptable standard review from the likes of mystery shoppers
Maintaining a score above 90% for all applicant 360 feedback forms submitted
Day to day tasks
Applicant recruitment/ fulfilling business/vacancies requirements
Conduct and complete recruitment/applicant placing activities
Always work in line with company policies and procedures
Regularly follow-up on issues identified/raised to ensure resolution of corrective actions
Collaborate and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
Monitor/review on an ongoing basis in conjunction with recruitment structure adherence to quality and regulatory standards to identify opportunities for improvement to increase efficiencies and improve deliverable s
