KZN’s largest Vodacom Dealer is looking for a dynamic and professional receptionist to join the team at their Head offices in Montclair.
Duties
Responsible for ensuring reception is efficiently and effectively managed
Answering of phones
Welcoming visitors
Managing of drivers routes and deliveries daily
A managing fleet of 10 cars ( petrol, service, car wash, tracking, weekly inspection)
General Tasks (maid management, booking meeting rooms, opening and closing of offices,
Manage office equipment (copier readings and maintenance) for entire group
Document management (storage, shredding)
Managing store maintenance issues (repairs, pest control)
Property Management (15 tenants) leasing, repairs and maintenance, cleaners and rentals etc
Qualifications and requirements :
Advanced Excel knowledge
Excellent communications skills
Proficient writing skills
Organisational skills
Basic computer literacy
Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast environment
Attention to detail and be able to thing out of Box
Motivated and lots of energy
Problem-solving skills
Responsible and accountable
Own transport
Working hours :
Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
Saturday 8 am to 1:30 pm
