Job Focus – Searching for new residential properties to list for rental, and, letting of all available properties.

Offering: –

Good commission

Performance-based incentives – create your own basic from R2 700pm once the monthly target is achieved [6 rentals and 4 new property listings]

Cell phone contract (must have own phone set)

Skills: –

Dedicated and driven – to overcome challenges

Computer literate – Outlook, Word and Excel

Professional and service driven when dealing with people – Landlords and Tenants

Self-motivated to exceed monthly target – in a competitive market

Requirements: –

Education – Minimum Matric

At least 2 years property sector work experience

Strong ability in sourcing new business – canvassing and cold calling

Reliable own vehicle with valid driver’s license
