Site Manager that will preferably be a BEE appointment for low cost housing developments for Government projects urgently required
You will need a formal building degree or diploma with at least 8 years experience gained with low cost housing projects and shall initially be working on site based in Guguletu, Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities shall include:
Site establishment
Setting out
Procurement of materials
Requisitions and orders
Appointing Subcontractors
Managing subcontractors
Quality assurance
Weekly meetings with subcontractors
Attending professional meetings
Progress meetings
Updating base programme
Fortnightly programme
Maintaining a good working relationship with all subcontractors
Working within a budget
