Billfort is anticipating the award of several contracts for design, installation and maintenance of mechanical building services including HVAC, piping, and utility packages.
We are looking for quantity surveyors with relevant experience in a consulting, contracting or facilities management environment, who have professional registration, and who are interested in part-time and contract assignments.
The role will suit someone who is retired or someone who is interested in flexible work arrangements. The projects will primarily be in Gauteng but some will be nationwide. Regular travel to/from project sites will be required, but the position holder can choose their own base. Some assignments may be international.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in construction management.
