Quality Assurance Clerk wanted Asap: Salary R13 000 to R15 000 per month

We seeking quality assurance clerk enhance and maintain the quality assurance culture within the organisation to ensure continued certification leading to customer loyalty and satisfaction.

responsibilities

To help in managing the company’s quality management systems so that it is in line with the published and applied quality standards.
Overseeing, establishing, coordinating and maintaining a quality management system that meets the requirements of ISO and provides an assurance of quality service for customers.
Managing and supporting the departments to prepare for external audits and ensuring that the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and 14001:2015 standards are met, and that staff comply with own work instructions and processes.
Planning, coordinating and conducting regular quality assurance audits as well as key external suppliers.
Overseeing and determining the continued effectiveness and improvement of the QMS, adherence to the CISS and supplier’s continued ability to meet the company’s requirements.
Preparing, reviewing and updating all quality and information security policies to ensure the continued adequacy and relevance to company objectives.

Qualification

Previous experience having worked as a Quality control is essential.
Degree or diploma or equivalent is preferred but not essential.
Previous experience having implemented and managed ISO 9001 2015/6 systems is essential.
Computer literacy is essential with excellent working knowledge of Excel.
Previous experience having worked within the supply chain or related markets would be preferred.
Must be able to handle all quality inspections, auditing and testing done inhouse as well as external audits.
