BASIC SALARY: R10 000 BASIC PLUS COMMISION

DUTIES: Selling new development properties to prospective investors. Help property investors build their property portfolios
Help them achieve financial freedom through strategically buying the right investment properties. Working hand in hand with our bond finance team. Move out of traditional selling to the next level of property transacting.
Property sales, Property registration an advantage, Contracts
Financial planning & cash flows, Affordability assessments, Tax knowledge an advantage, Property market & economic principles
Property financing an advantage, Trust & company knowledge an advantage.
APPLICANTS MUST HAVE: Grade 12, Diploma/Degree, NQF 4 in real estate, Registration with Estate Agency Board for a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate will be required, Financial qualification.
At least 2 years sales experience – preferably new development sales, Minimum 3-5 years’ financial planning/property experience Consulting, Sales & Marketing, Residential property. Sectional title, Property contracts, Property sales process Investments, Dealing with high net worth clients,
Skills required/other requirements: Communication & interpersonal skills, English & Afrikaans, Confident/assertive Excel skills, Well-presented, Building & maintaining long term relationships, Own transport, Well organised, Telephone skills, Sales skills, Positive attitude, Business sense, Work under pressure, Computer literate, Meet all of the above?
