My client in the automotive industry is looking to take on the services of an experienced and mature Property Accountant. It is not essential for the ideal candidate to have a background in the property industry. Ideally the right candidate would have managed the financial side of a company’s properties.

Bcom (minimum)
Skills/Experience required:
3 + years’ experience as a Property Manager (or with below duties)
Strong personality is imperative as there will be a lot of work pressure.

Reporting
Loan agreements
Lease examination
Collections of debt
Management accounting of property transactions
