Maintenance assistant with minimum of 2 years’ experience in the trade or semi-skilled exposure to property maintenance
Excellent attendance and performance track record
Hardworking (physically strong and agile)
General maintenance skills such as: Painting, tiling, waterproofing, plastering, carpentry, basic plumbing and electrical, roofing, aircon servicing, fencing repairs, gutter repairs, window glass repairs/installation
Must have a can-do attitude and follow through on actions in a timely way with minimum supervision
2x recent contactable references
Must have Code B license and own vehicle will be advantageous.
