Vacancy: Processor/Compounder

*Company Description
*A high performance, dynamic, driven and growing company operating in the Women’s personal care/toiletries market in South African as well as internationally has a vacancy for a Processor/Compounder.

The successful candidate will be required to perform the following tasks, which may not be limited to:

Raw Material Handling
Batch Processing
Colour matching in conjunction with Quality Assurance to achieve standards
Accurately measure and weigh materials
Troubleshooting
Complete batch sheets accurately
Adhere to respective standard operating procedures

Educational pre-requisites:

Matric with pass in Maths is a minimum requirement
(Math Lit: 70% / Higher Maths: 50% and Science)

Basic computer skills
BTech/BSs in Chemical Engineering or an applicable Chemical Field
The ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken word)
Inter-personal skills

Someone who is meticulous and deadline-driven with a good eye for detail, yet dynamic and able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to cope whilst under pressure
Good communication skills
A great team player who wants to be involved in a winning company and brands
Hard-working and trustworthy

Requirements:

Own/reliable transport required
Must be able to work overtime on weekends, when necessary
Must be able to work night shift on a rotational basis
Salary

Position will be based in Amanzimtoti.
Candidates will only be interviewed upon the successful completion of a numeracy assessment.
