Job Description: The focus of this role will be to ensure operational efficiency. The main functions will include:
Safety: focus on safety procedures and ensure everyone is working in a safe manner
Operations ensure your section is operating efficiently and tasks are completed effectively by your team
Supervision: you will supervise a team of processors and be responsible for coaching and development.
Housekeeping: maintain operating standards within your section.
This role is in the processing department at a C2 level and reports into the Shift Leader
Qualifications:
In order to be successful in this role, you will have:
Grade 12/ NQF 4 – Maths, Science, English
Four years operational experience
SCADA knoweldge
Additional information:
Completion of all processor and Process Superviser specific modules
Passed operational maintenance and Control Room modules
Basic Computer Literacy
English literacy – write, read, speak
Driver’s license code 08
