Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi has been discharged from hospital. According to a family statement, Prince Buthelezi was discharged on Tuesday.
He was admitted last week for his routine medical examination. The 93-year-old is said to be in good health.
The IFP founder retired as the leader of the party but remains a member of Parliament. He is also the traditional Prime Minister of the AmaZulu nation.
