Netcare 911 has responded to reports of a collision on the N3 opposite the Midlands Mall.
Reports from the scene indicate that a light motor vehicle drove into the back of a truck.
Paramedics assessed the scene and found that three males and a female, all adults sustained injuries ranging from minor to moderate.
The patients were treated on scene and transported by another ambulance to hospital for further treatment.
