KwaZulu-Natal: Friday evening Netcare 911 responded to a collision on the R61 near Uvongo on the KZN South Coast.
Reports indicate that an adult male was struck down by a light motor vehicle while running across the road.
The patient was assessed on scene by paramedics however the patients injuries were too severe and was declared deceased on the scene.
All relevant authorities were on the scene.
