Pastor Timothy Omotoso’s case will resume for a pre-trial conference on Tuesday.
Omotoso and two others are accused of a range of crimes, including ra_pe.
Judge Mandela Makaula recused himself from the trial last month.
Omotoso’s lawyer, Peter Dauberman, claimed his client felt Makaula was overly sympathetic to witnesses; especially first state witness, Cheryl Zondi.
