We currently need physically strong picker and packer to immediately start work in the east rand, Isando on a permanent basis. Candidate should be able to pick up heavy inventories / boxes to the storeroom and also to bring them out whenever they are required. Inventories are to be kept on pallets or in vans for shipment posses. It is candidate responsible to generate labels and documents for shipment. Ensure working locations are kept clean and tidy, Its also your responsibility items are stored at the right section in the warehouse and ready to be used.
Duties
Generate label stick on items
Submit inventory usage report monthly, daily and weekly,
Tidy warehouse area, make it clean with constant maintenance
Process items been received into the warehouse as while as the once been shipped, by following standard procedures
Prepare documents for shipment
Choose the right package for each product for easy shipment
Lift up heavy items to store it in the exact location
Scan items electronically and manually as they are been received and dispatched
Arrange items in according to pick list, quantity and number
