Officials in the United States say vaccinations are having an impact on the coronavirus outbreak as numbers continue to decline. About 14-million people have been fully vaccinated. Over 38-million have received the first of the two jabs. In the UK, the government has injected more than 15-million people.
The government there says it will now expand the vaccine to those over 65. In Israel, authorities say the Pfizer vaccine is working.
They’re reporting a 94-per cent drop in symptomatic infections among the 600,000 people who received the doses. The country’s rollout was faster than others, and it’s now providing some insights into vaccine efficacy.
