South Africa has recorded 3,286 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24-hour reporting cycle.
The NICD said 164 more people have died. Infections in Kwa-Zulu Natal stand at 834 and 502 in the Western Cape. A total of 41,308 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours.
