Provide Personal Assistance:

To manage, coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments and functions for the directors.
Ensure the directors have time allocated for follow up and action steps for all meetings.
To assist the directors with all required internal and external communication and preparation for meetings.
To assist the directors with all personal requirements if able/authorised.
To ensure all business and personal documentation is filed accurately and kept current.
Accurate and proficient typing of correspondence and documentation – letters, faxes, reports, emails, legal contracts, general documentation, etc.
Assist with compilation of presentations.
To assist with internal liaison.
To handle all calls for the directors (and internal staff) and relay messages where applicable.

Human Resources and Administration for the Organisation:

Timely submission and recording of HR leave schedules, sick leave and family responsibility leave.
Ensuring all recruitment is in line with legal and Company HR Policy, and within budget.
Accurate and current documentation for all HR related functions on file.
Ensure all training, travel, documentation, etc. are signed for by respective parties.
Enforce, evaluate and update policies and procedures when required.
Update job descriptions when required and facilitate changes to staff where applicable.
Facilitation of grievance procedures, exit interviews, employees absconding, etc.
Liaise and consult with Labour Consultants to ensure all HR related documents are current and in line with South Africa legislation.
Ensure all HR protocols are observed, understood and implemented by all staff.
Coordinate all recruitment of new employees.
Creation of new employee packs and ensure all documents are signed and kept current in employee’s files, both hard and electronic formats.
Contracts for new employees and updated contracts for permanent staff.
To coordinate and manage new employee induction.
To ensure new staff have necessary equipment, stationary, software, and security tags.

Monitor the company “WhatsApp” group content and conduct.

Printing and Scanning:
Receive and execute print and scanning requests.
Printing for A 1 is to be done at Conic.
Printing for A 3 is done in-house.
Residential printing requests are to be approved by Director.
Commercial printing requests are to be approved by Director. Apply Now
