Faith Nketsi’s husband, Nzuzo Njilo’s fraud case postponed
South African reality TV star, rapper, and media personality, Faith Nketsi’s husband, Nzuzo Njilo’s fraud case was postponed.
He appeared before the Port Shepstone Magistrate’s Court on 24 July, and his case was postponed to October.
The controversial businessman, who has been in and out of the courts for alleged fraud, saw one of his cases being postponed to a later date. Nzuzo Njilo’s fraud case was postponed to 9 October.
Njilo and his co-accused are currently out on bail. The two were arrested earlier this year after arrest warrants were issued against them.
Against the backdrop of the arrest warrants, they handed themselves to the police. They are being charged with fraud.
The pair were arrested in connection with allegations that they fraudulently posed as salesmen selling a truck and receiving money and failing to honour their end of the deal. The incident reportedly happened in May 2021
It was also revealed that the money was transacted to Nzuzo Njilo’s account.
Controversial businessman Nzuzo Njilo also saw one of his fraud cases being struck off the roll after charges against him were dropped.
During his first initial court appearance, it was revealed that he was also embroiled in another fraud case which was before the Randburg Magistrate’s Court.
He allegedly defrauded Lund Industries a whopping R1 million in a copper concentrate deal. Rumour mill has it that he used the money to foot his private wedding with reality star Faith Nketsi.
