Letslink Medical Recruitment Agency is assisting a Private Hospital that is seeking to employ a Registered Nurse –Theatre Experienced based in Park Town in Johannesburg.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the anaesthetics team and providing training and orientation in this field. It will be required to ensure CPD compliance in theatre as well as the implementation and completion of Essential Competencies by all staff members. The position reports to the Unit Manager.
Required Skills
theatre: 2 to 3 years
Orthopaedic and Neurosurgery will be an advantage
Candidate Requirements
Job requirements:
General Nursing Degree / Diploma
Registration with SANC
Scrubbing experience in Orthopaedic and Neurosurgery will be an advantage
At least 1 -2 years’ experience in a theatre environment
Understanding of the private healthcare industry, its challenges and role players would be an advantage
Computer proficiency would be an advantage
