
The South African Defence Force insists nothing was loaded on the Russian vessel, Lady R.
President Cyril Ramaphosa has appointed an independent panel to investigate the docking of the Lady R in the Western Cape.
This was after rumours circulated alleging weapons were loaded in the vessel to assist Russia in its war with Ukraine.
SANDF chief Rudzani Maphwanya says it will cooperate with the panel.
