Keep up to date records of all current lease agreements for premises within the company captive dealer and distributor network
Laisse with Company Southern Africa’s landlords with matters concerning lease expiry, renewal of agreements, amendments and renegotiations of contracts. This will be done in conjunction with all stake holders (example: Area Manager Network Development and Regional General managers)
Implement and operate an online service desk portal, for maintenance and housekeeping issues
Liaise and assist Regional management, Area Managers, Network Development and Risk Management with regards to new dealer approval documentation – Business cases/plans and break-even income statements
Be the liaison point between company and external cleaning companies to uphold quality and arrange remedial and routine cleaning
Evaluate larger maintenance and renovation project requests, making sure it conforms to the Reals Estate process, defined globally. Arrange necessary approval managing the related investment requests
Liaise with Land lords and property management agencies in terms of having the said investment accrued to rental.
Arrange, procure and re-purpose/recycle office furniture nationally
Coordinate routine auditing initiatives such as DOS, HTP and WIMPRO. Seek to minimize the impact on dealer personnel resources (Time and money)
Maintain and further develop a dealer dashboard, which contains KPI for managing and decision making for strategic network development
Foster and promote a safe and healthy work environments maintaining safe work practices at all time. Complying with company safety policies and procedures
When requested carry out other reasonable duties and responsibilities not specifically mentioned in the job description during the course and scope of employment
Education and/or Experience
Must have completed High school education
3-4 years’ experience in field
Working knowledge of corporate finance and ratios
Project Management
Further education in relevant field an advantage
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with focus on customer management and training
Operational acumen and general business knowledge
Deliver results on time and act long term
Keep professional dialog with the network
Show Leadership skills
Acute attention to detail
Able to work on own initiative and under pressure
General computer and IT knowledge
Ability to analyse and actively seek solutions to problems
Write and speak English fluently
