The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality will finally get a mayor on Tuesday. The metro has been without a mayor since 2019.
This was after the late Mongameli Bobani was removed through a vote of no confidence.
The Grahamstown High court ordered the council speaker to elect a mayor within seven days.
