Music and device store Musica will close its doors at the end of May.
The owner, retail group Clicks, says Musica was unable to keep up with the rise of digital streaming and online entertainment.
Clicks have owned the brand since 1992.
It’s already closed 19 stores since the start of the year. The remaining 59 outlets will shut down in May.
In more recent years, Musica has tried to shift from selling CDs and DVDs to more general electronics and entertainment. Declining foot traffic due to COVID-19 store closures was the last straw.
