Motorcyclist seriously injured in Roodepoort Accident… A Motorcycle Accident has left the driver seriously injured. At 18H22 Saturday night, Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on the corners of Hendrik Potgieter Road and Alberts in Weltevredenpark Roodepoort.
Reports from the Motorcycle Accident scene indicate that a light motor vehicle and a motorcycle were involved in a collision.
Paramedics assessed the scene and found that the motorcyclist had sustained serious injuries.
The patient was treated on the scene and once stabilised was transported by Netcare 911 ambulance under the care of an Emergency Care Practitioner to hospital for further treatment.
