At 18H55 Saturday night Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on the corners of the R55 and Summit Road in Blue Hills Midrand.
Reports from the scene indicate that a light motor vehicle and a motorcycle were involved in a collision.
Medics assessed a male motorcyclist however his injuries were fatal and he was sadly declared deceased on the scene.
The driver of the car was not injured.
All necessary authorities were on the scene.
