COVID-19: 2020 tertiary academic year to be extended: Minister Blade Nzimande

The 2020 academic year will only end early next year due to the coronavirus pandemic. Higher Education Minister Blade Nzimande briefed the media earlier on his department’s readiness for students’ phased-in learning.

Nzimande has urged students and parents to listen to COVID-19 directives from institutions.
