The Minister of Higher Education Blade Nzimande will brief the media on progress in the implementation of COVID-19 measures on Tuesday. Nzimande held a media briefing on 23 May in which he briefed the media on issues affecting NSFAS allowances, SETA’s stipends and the phased return of students and Higher Health.
The minister is expected to focus on post-school education and training institution readiness, implementation of Higher Health plans, electronic devices and data for students and student funding policy.
