Former YoTV presenter Merica Monamodi is mourning the death her brother, Mohanoe Monamodi.
The media personality announced the news of his death on social media. She posted a picture of them together during her YoTV days.
“Thank you big bro! I love you so much. Till we meet again,” she wrote.
In another post, she said she is in pain, and she feels lost.
“I can’t believe my brother is no more. I really lost my brother guys. I’m in so much pain,” she wrote.
People sent her messages of love and said they know how much she loved him.
Twitter user Sinethemba wrote: “I remember watching your vlogs with him, when he was getting married, the day your friends threw you a farewell party. When they dropped you off at airport when you left for Korea. My deepest condolences, Merica.”
She thanked people for the kind words towards her, and her family.
The media personality recently returned from teaching English in South Korea, where she spent two years. She has been updating her followers about her life in the country via her YouTube channel.
Merica recently posted that she is now going to New York, but didn’t get into detail about what she will be doing there.
“The little girl in me is crying because I’m about to tick off a goal. I’m really going to be in New York,” she wrote.
