Experienced Medical Receptionist for Orthodontist Practice – Bryanston, JHB
A Medical Receptionist is required for an Orthodontics practice in Bryanston, Johannesburg
Requirements:
Matric Certificate
Minumum of 10 – 15 Years experience within a medical practice is mandatory
Good command of the English language
Kind, caring and patient centred
Professional with excellent written communication and telephone etiquette
Experience with Elixir/Medemass or similar programme is preferred
Responsibilities:
Taking calls
Making appointments
Taking payments
Electronic diary management
Data capturing, admin and billing
Email managament
Typing reports and motivational letters
PA work for Doctor
Details:
Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (Lunch 13:00 – 14:00)
Salary: R15,000 to R17,000 gross Per Month
