Permanent position availble for a medical receptionist at a private GP practice in the Atlantic Seaboard area.
Start date :ASAP
Hours: Mon- Fri 8-5.30
Job description:
manage accounts and bad debt
Liase with medical aids as needed
Manage stock ( stationary and meds)
General office admin ( filing / faxing….)
Managing updates to Facebook page and website
Relieving main receptionist for lunch/ sick leave/ annual leave
Salary : R 10 000.00
Candidate Requirements
Essential skills:
-Medemass software
-Good IT Skills ( includes word/ Excel/email/social media
-Excellent written and spoke English
great interpersonal skills
-Previous experience in medical practice( GP/ Specialist)
-Basic switchboard experience
