Sales and Marketing Team Leader
Client based in the Helderberg Area is in the market for a Sales and Marketing Team Leader who
will be hands-on within the Team.
Requirements:

Grade 12 / Senior Certificate.
·
Applicable Tertiary Qualification will be advantageous.
·
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a team leader/manager.
·
Target-driven, self-motivated and ambitious.
·
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·
Proven experience in growing a strong client base.
·
A friendly and positive person with a passion for selling, who will work proactively and creatively to increase sales and assist with marketing activities.
·
Own vehicle with valid driver’s licence.
Duties:
Achieving sales and business development through building, maintaining and strengthening of customer relationships and excellent customer service.
Ensure thorough knowledge of competitor environment and monitor the market for development opportunities.
Develop and conduct presentations of solutions and services to potential clients.
Planning and preparation of sales strategies and direct marketing activities.
Other tasks within the scope of the position.
Comfortable with cold calling/prospecting on a continuous basis to ensure new business development.
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes.
