Mark Pilgrim has left many of his fans concerned as he revealed that his lungs had collapsed amid his stage four cancer battle. The popular personality who was diagnosed earlier this year has been sharing updates about his cancer journey on his social media accounts.
A week after revealing that his immune system had “crashed” due to “intensive chemotherapy”, Malk revealed he was no better.
Now, Mark has revealed that his lungs had now collapsed. With the help of his medical team, he was now draining large amounts of fluid out of his lungs. He concluded by saying that he is looking forward to breathing and talking normally again and being on the radio!
Mark wrote: “Not too different from siphoning petrol from a car… except the doctor’s lips aren’t sucking the pipe . We figured out why I’ve been man-down for over 2 weeks… At hospital allowing a collapsed lung to start working again by draining 2 liters of fluid from the chest cavity . The other 2L will come out in a week or two. Looking forward to breathing and talking normally again … and being on the radio.
