An up and coming beach lodge in a remote area on the coast of Tanzania is currently looking for a management couple. The candidates must be professional, honest, hard-working, and hands-on in all aspects of daily operations. The lodge is located north of Saadani National Park and south of Pangani town on a remote stretch of beach with only one other operating property. The lodge offers game drives into the park and boat trips for snorkeling to nearby reefs. There are eight units on the property.

The aim of the lodge is to provide high-end accommodation and services at mid-range prices, therefore the management candidates should be highly personable and able to work closely with staff to create a positive and welcoming setting. The candidates should be well-rounded and knowledgeable in all aspects of lodge management and guest relations. Experience working as a couple in a remote area is a definite asset.

Duties Include:
Guest relations

Supervision and training of staff in all departments

Hotel accounting and administration, including payroll, purchases, stock-taking, and book-keeping

Purchasing of food and beverages in town
