Man seriously injured after being shot

Gauteng: At 14H30 Wednesday afternoon Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision at a mall in Centurion Pretoria.

Reports from the scene indicate that an adult male had sustained a gunshot wound to his lower torso.

The patient was found to have sustained serious injuries and was treated on scene by medics.

Once stabilised the patient was transported by ambulance to hospital for further treatment.

Circumstances leading up to the incident will be investigated by the relevant authorities.
