Maskandi artist Khangelani “DSD” Mhlongo has a huge crush on actress and media personality, Nomzamo Mbatha.
The love he has for her is so deep that he’s even ready to pay lobola for her.
In his Instagram post, he said he’s worked hard and has enough cows to pay lobola for her.
“Kumele aphelele eShobalenyathi. Iinkomo zigcwele isibaya. Umculo wangisebenzela. Akasho ukuthi ubaba wakhe udlela esitsheni esingakanani mina ngizophendula nje kuphela,” he said in his post.
DSD also tagged Nomzamo on the post.
But his fans discouraged him, saying Nomzamo is out of his league.
Nhlakzin Shabalala commented: “This person is based in Los Angeles and you’re just here in Nkandla. So who do you think you are to date her.”
Sindi said: “I like your confidence, but forget it. She’s out of your league. This will remain your dream.”
Ndumiso said: “But do you honestly think she’s your type?”
There was no response from Nomzamo, despite being tagged.
DSD isn’t the first maskandi artist to express his crush on a celebrity.
A few weeks ago, Dlubheke expressed his love for Nomcebo Zikode. At the time, he told Daily Sun he loves Nomcebo and was prepared to pay lobola for her. Nomcebo rejected Dlubheke’s request.
