Premier Sihle Zikalala urges KZN residents to follow lockdown regulations

KwaZulu-Natal Premier Sihle Zikalala says he is concerned about big group gatherings, which are adding to coronavirus infections across the province.

He is pleading with people to adhere to distancing and other safety measures.

“We plead with everyone to adhere to the regulations. If we can stay safe today then we can be safe and together tomorrow,” said Zikalala.

KwaZulu-Natal has confirmed over 23 000 cases of COVID-19, with 273 deaths reported so far.
