The Hip-Hop police don’t take holidays off apparently. Several outlets reported Lil Wayne’s private jet was searched by Miami police.
Although firearms and drugs were found, law enforcement allowed the rapper to go freely. Tunechi gave a lighthearted update of the ordeal on Twitter. “All good! I think they thought I was talking abt a different ‘Pack’ in my last tweet,” he wrote.
The Miami Herald reported that the Feds stopped a jet that Lil Wayne was a passenger on. Sources suggest that authorities were given a tip about drugs being transported on the aircraft.
The FBI, ATF, and Miami-Dade County officers were on site to search the plane. Thankfully no one was charged and Weezy is free to enjoy the holiday season.
