Qualifications & Experience :
Legal Qualification
2 years + experience in a legal Department
Previous work experience within the legal department
Ms Office Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)-Advanced Excel
Debt review knowledge and experience will be advantageous
Customer service skills
Exceptional Telephone skills
Strong administration skills
Knowledge of the National Credit Act
Knowledge of the collections process
Attributes:
Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
Working independently and as part of a team
Multi-tasking, fast learner
Strong Character
Ability to work under pressure
Strong negotiating skills
Duties:
Assist Correspondent Attorney
Obtaining payment
Updating trackers
Stop order confirmation
Default clients and Collections of fees outstanding
Queries
Drafting of summons
Section 129 letters
