Tshepo Mahloele is back on the stand at the commission of Inquiry into the Public Investment Corporation on Tuesday.
Mahloele is the CEO of Harith General Partners and chairman of Lebashe.
These two companies were implicated during UDM Leader Bantu Holomisa’s testimony.
Holomisa says the two companies benefitted unlawfully from PIC funding.
