The Ministries of General and Higher Education have announced dates for the reopening of all learning institutions in the country.
In his speech when he officially opened parliament on Friday, President Edgar Lungu directed the reopening of schools, colleges and universities between September 14 and 28, this year.
And in a media statement made available to Mwebantu news, Ministry of General Education spokesperson Nondo Chilonga said Minister of General Education who is also acting Minister of Higher Education, Dennis Wanchinga has directed that all examination classes under general education will open on September 14 this year.
She said non-examination classes under the Ministry of General Education will open on September 21 this year.
‘Universities and Colleges under TEVET will open on September 28,2020, she said.
