KwaZulu-Natal Premier Sihle Zikalala is speaking to media on outcomes of an investigation into allegations of malpractice.
Zikalala launched the investigation after millions of rand worth of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) meant for schools, mysteriously went missing in the province.
