Police have made another breakthrough into a kidnapping syndicate operating in Lenasia.
The Anti-Kidnapping Task Team has arrested the brother of the alleged mastermind.
They’ve also seized cash at a house suspected of being used to hold hostages.
Last month the Anti-Kidnapping Task Team arrested Faizal Charloos, the alleged kidnapping kingpin, and mastermind behind several high-profile hostage cases.
Hundreds of thousands of rand were seized at his home.
