Khosi Twala visits the children’s ward in a hospital in Zambia. The BBTitans’ winner was touched by the experience which she compiled in a video shared on her Instagram account. The star bonded with the kids and presented them with gifts.
“Today I visited the children’s ward at the University Teaching Hospital with @gooddeeds46664 and my heart was shuttered but I had to carry on with a big smile because I believe the least I can do is bring optimism in such environments. But it was so hard, seeing parents sitting with their children in severe conditions,” she wrote.
“Honestly speaking a part of me sometimes struggles to get through moments like this but it’s the path I’ve chosen and I’ll remain resilient and pray God blesses me with the strength to endure,” she added.
