Funeral arrangements are underway for ANC veteran Khabisi Mosunkutu.
ANC Treasurer-General Paul Mashatile said a special provincial official funeral has been declared for Mosunkutu.
He passed away on Christmas Eve after battling hypertension and diabetes.
The 69-year old suffered a stroke in July and had been ill for some time.
He will be laid to rest in the first week of January.
